Excellence in Quality Standards
When developing complex sheet metal components and assemblies, precision is critical. We implement quality management at every stage of the production process, following the highest industry standards.
All measurements are conducted in a controlled laboratory using certified equipment and in
full compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
Protocols
In both development and production, we use SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and other advanced tools for process capability analysis and optimizing parameters to achieve the highest level of quality.
Control Laboratory
Our temperature-controlled quality control laboratory features a Carl Zeiss measuring table (2.4 x 1.2 m).
In addition to precision measurement equipment, we utilize material analysis instruments for quality control. We perform high-precision measurements to determine a material composition and the thickness of protective coatings on product surfaces.
